Remove chicken meat from chicken and spread evenly over leek and potato. 1 TMX steamed chicken (or a shop bought bbq chicken)250g cheese1 leek5 potatoes thinly sliced2 tbsp mayonnaise1tbsp American mustard1 tbsp TMX vegie stock concentrate3 tbsp thickened cream 200ml waterGrate cheese and set aside – Speed 8 for 7 secondsSlice leek and place in TMX with a drizzle of olive oil and sauté for 4 mins at 100 degrees Speed 1. In TMX bowl add remainder of ingredients and mix 5 seconds speed 5Pour half over chicken, leek and potato mixture
