Roll spoonfuls into balls and roll in desiccated coconut. These bliss balls are packed with fibre and protein and my 4yo LOVES them. PEPPERMINT PROTEINBALLS1 tin chickpeas, drained and rinsed well1 cup rolled oats1 cup dates2 heaped tbs raw cacao1 ts vanilla extract5 drops Peppermint essential oil*-Desiccated coconut (to roll the balls in)Add all ingredient to your food processor or Thermomix and blitz until the mixture clumps together (about 10 secs / SP 8)
Add all ingredients into Thermomix bowl. Proteinballs (or bliss balls I guess you could say) are a great snack but often are filled with lots of fructose from dried fruits
