This recipe was inspired from the first Thermomix demonstration I attended50g rapadura (or coconut sugar)50g gluten free flour (can use regular)1 egg1 can coconut milkzest from 1 lemon (more if you like the flavour)Place the rapadura and flour into the thermomix and grind on speed 8/9 for 4 seconds. Put on 90 degrees for 7mins on speed 3I have also wizzed defrosted raspberries through this or you can add 20g raw cacao powder to make a chocolate version. 20g raw cacao powder to make a chocolate version
I've just included the thermomix instructions as that's what I used but Alexx's recipe includes non-thermomix instructions as well so you can check out the link below
No thermomix. This is essentially the richest, creamiest most luscious custard you will ever eat, with the gelatine allowing it to set enough to be turned out while still having a bit of a wobble
I also made homemade cordial which is super easy to do - with or without a Thermomix (although probably a little less messy and less dishes with a TMX)
- Thermomix websites and FB pages for recipes that are free from egg, milk, wheat and soy. I would love to share my new chocolate cake recipe with you, as I use this cacao powder to make it, but it's for a special project, so how about making some raw chocolate instead
