Anyway, yesterday I made a really yummy Ricotta & Raspberry Cake for a catch up with some lovely ladies I used to work with, and I’ve been experimenting with a Peanut Butter Slice because… well, just because peanut butter is SO good
You make each of the layers in your thermomix- chocolate brownie, raspberrycoulis, chocolate custard and a marscapone topping then topped with fresh raspberries and grated chocolate (or a flake bar since I did the top layer once I arrived)

And a bit of raspberrycoulis if you're feeling poncy. Melt the butter gently (Thermomix 2 minutes / 60C / Speed 3 - cube first). In a food processor, or with a hand blender, add the ingredients in order on top of the melted butter, and then mix together on a medium speed until thoroughly combined (Thermomix 30 seconds / Speed 4 - scrape down and repeat for an extra 10 seconds if necessary)
I made a RaspberryCoulis. I then allowed the coulis to cool and carefully stirred through. Turn on Thermomix and then place jug back on Thermomix and see what the temp is
Pour over warmed ganache, raspberrycoulis and serve with whipped cream or ice cream. I came across a recipe on the Thermomix Recipe Community for Mars Bar Mudcake
