Remove the beef from the pan and place into a baking tray (or you can also cook this in a casserole pot/dutch oven)

Oysterbladesteak. The steaks can be diced, or left whole. Turn on the crock pot and it will do its own thing, or you can pop it in the oven on 180C for about 90 minutes and it will be just as good

   I chose to use a Black Angus oysterblade cut which is a very affordable as well as being rich in flavour - it is not suited for steaks but slow cooking will make it melt-in-the-mouth, especially the gelatinous connective tissue that runs through it
