Homemade Fresh Pasta, Homemade Fresh Cheese Sauce and Homemade Filling. I have never really cared for restaurant lasagnes I find them far to meaty , not enough cheese sauce and too runny

Grate Parmesan of manchego cheese over the top and serve with good crusty bread to dip in the sauce OR perfect if you toss it with cooked pasta or add cooked noodles

Do the same with the mushrooms and olives together, or slice them if you prefer. You can serve with pasta, or with vegetable 'spaghetti' for a lower calorie / carb meal, or even make it into a lasagne
Personally, I don't have breakfast, but have something light (like a miso soup with a few mushrooms thrown in) mid afternoon when I get hungry, and save the majority of my calories for my dinner, and maybe a treat
