Caramelised burnt fig ice cream with caramel and almond sauce recipe

Add the icecream and gently mix. 1 Place the brown sugar and butter in a saucepan, place over a low heat and gently simmer, add the figs and fold to coat in caramel. 3 Spoon the icecream into glasses, pour over the caramel sauce and top with almonds to serve. 4 figs, quartered. 2 cups vanilla icecream
