There were a couple of diets to cater to including gluten-free and egg-free. If anyone wants to make them it was just one egg mixed with a mashed banana and I divided it in two and added a tablespoon of puree then a few spoons of coconut flour to make them the right consistency
The boys love pancakes for breakfast so I make them gluten freepancakes. I tried a packet mix once and the boys were not interested at all so have gone back to my home made pancakes for breakfast
