This ThermomixBananaSmoothie is one of my very favourite combinations. Frozen bananas work best in smoothies, but if you don’t have any in the freezer, you can substitute for fresh ones
Our ThermomixBanana Mango Smoothie Bowl is just the thing. To make this smoothie bowl, simply add frozen banana, frozen mango and a good scoop of yoghurt to your Thermomix bowl
To make this delicious healthy smoothie, you’ll need a blender or a Thermomix (or similar). Pop everything into your blender or Thermomix and mix together until smooth and creamy
I made it in the Thermomix but a good blender will do the trick too. It called for a breakfast on the go so we whipped up this healthy, protein rich Banana Breakfast Smoothie

This Strawberry Smoothie takes no time at all to make in the Thermomix and while I like to use frozen strawberries and banana, you can also use fresh and simply add a few extra ice cubes
Blitz in blender (I used my Thermomix). Spinach, Carrot, Banana and Blueberry Smoothie. You have to time your shopping right to be able to ensure you get more than one day to eat your bananas or that your lettuce won't wilt the minute you get it home
Place the mangoes, ripe banana, icing sugar and egg white into the Thermomix bowl. We also had an overripe banana sitting around and decided to throw that into the mix as well
