These golden fritters are a cinch to make and packed full of veggies – great for busy parents who struggle to wheedle vegetables onto their kids’ dinner plates

zucchini in a muslin cloth and squeeze out the juice - I save mine for. You can swap the vegetables for anything you like and even add in your favourite cheese or some meat
