  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • 180 g white chocolate, melted and cooled
  • Raspberry topping
  • 1 tbs boiling water
  • 1 tsp powdered gelatine
  • 200 g frozen raspberries, thawed

  • 1 cup plain flour
  • 2 tbs cocoa powder
  • 1/4 tsp bicarb soda
