condensed milk, peanut butter, white chocolate and ½ tsp vanilla extract 5 mins / 50° / speed 2. Scrape down and melt for a further 1 min / 50° / speed 2. Pour into a lined 20x20cm pan, spread out evenly into all the corners and press it down flat with the back of a spoon. No need to wash bowl. Place tin in fridge while doing next step.
Place into the bowl the remainder of the condensed milk, dark chocolate chips, ½ tsp vanilla extract and large pinch of salt 5 mins / 50° / speed 1. Scrape down and melt for a further 1 min / 50° / speed 2.
Add the chopped nuts and combine 10 sec / speed 1 / Reverse. Pour evenly on top of the first layer and use the back of a spoon to gently press down and smooth the top.
Option : press in some whole nuts on the top of the fudge for decoration.
Refrigerate for minimum 2 hours before cutting into pieces.Notes
