Celsius Grease and line a loaf pan with grease proof paper In a blender or thermomix, blend the bananas until smooth Add the rest of the ingredients and blend for

until smooth Pour batter into pan If using the crunchy topping, see below ace on middle shelf of oven Bake for
45 minutes
or until a skewer inserted into the centre comes out clean FOR THE TOPPING Place all ingredients in the blender and pulse until mixed but still chunky Using your hands, sprinkle along the top of the cake just before going in the oven Sprinkle with pumpkin seeds to finish

While I have made a hundred different bananabreads this one is my simplest yet. Most of these have been peeled and frozen so I am down to the last couple of bunches which are getting nice and brown and spotty, perfect for bananabread
Besides baking these banana and berry muffins and the quick and easy almond shortbread at here, I have also used a recipe from this book to bake this caramelised onion and blue cheese flat-bread
