  • 1½ cups wholemeal plain flour

  • 180 degrees Celsius Grease and line a loaf pan with grease proof paper In a blender or thermomix, blend the bananas until smooth Add the rest of the ingredients and blend for
  • 1 minute until smooth Pour batter into pan If using the crunchy topping, see below ace on middle shelf of oven Bake for
  • 45 minutes or until a skewer inserted into the centre comes out clean FOR THE TOPPING Place all ingredients in the blender and pulse until mixed but still chunky Using your hands, sprinkle along the top of the cake just before going in the oven Sprinkle with pumpkin seeds to finish
