Ingredients

  • 125 g butter
  • 1/2 cup caster sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1/2 teaspoon bicarbonate of soda
  • 1 1/4 cups whole
  • 1 cup oat bran
  • 5 Weetbix
  • 1 egg
  • 150 deg C for approx 15 minutes or until golden brown. Cool for a few minutes on trays and then transfer biscuits to a cooling rack.The mixture is quite sticky and is easiest dropped onto the trays using two teaspoons
