  • 1/2 a cauliflower
  • 1 small sweet potato
  • 2 large Red Peppers
  • 1/2 of Red
  • 1 large garlic clove
  • 1/2 an onion
  • 1 tbsp of coconut
  • 2. In a large pot fry off your garlic and onion
  • 3. Add you Sweet potato and Cauliflower in small chunks to the pot and cover with just enough water
  • 4. I had a small amount of lentils left over from my pumpkin soup so I chose to add them
  • 6. I have added a small amount of almond milk to thin the soup down
