Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 onion
  • 2-3 cloves garlic
  • 1 carrot
  • 400 g can
  • 400 g can
  • 1 can diced
  • 1 can crushed
  • 1 tbsp Tomato paste
  • 1 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup fresh oregano
  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 carrot
  • 2. Add the chopped nutmeat, cans of tomatoes, tomato paste, soy sauce and nutmeg
  • 15-20 minutes by which point the sauce should have reduced and thickened nicely
