Ingredients

  • 8 juice
  • 3 days now
  • 1/4 c water and
  • 10 minutes or so until a gel is formed and use it in place
  • Ingredients
  • 1 cup juicing pulp (I used carrot, orange and apple)
  • 250 g ricotta cheese
  • 50 g rapadura sugar (coconut, brown or raw would also suffice)
  • 100 g gluten free self raising flour
  • 1 egg (or egg replacer powder, or 1tbs chia seeds soaked in 1/4c water for 10 minutes or until gel forms)
  • 150 g milk
