Ingredients

  • 5 egg yolks
  • 1 egg
  • 60 ml vegetable oil
  • 60 ml fresh milk
  • 85 g plain flour
  • 5 egg whites
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 100 g caster sugar
  • 18 cm (7") square pan. Wrap half bottom of the pan with aluminium foil, one or two layers if you worry of leakage.
