  • Ingredients
  • Some sesame oil
  • 1 red onion, finely chopped
  • A small piece of ginger, very finely chopped
  • 1 carrot, chopped into stripes
  • 150 g bean sprouts
  • 4 baby corns, cut even smaller
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • Juice of one lemon or lime (whichever you prefer or have)
  • 200 g boiled udon noodles (if you have, the package tells how to cook them)
  • 1 soft boiled egg (if you like and if you can)
  • 1 spring onion, cut into slightly larger pieces
  • Some fried garlic (from Asian shop or homemade)
  • 1 red chilli, cut into rings
  • Some fresh coriander
  • Some toasted sesame seeds
