Ingredients

  • You’ll need
  • 185 g canned tuna in oil, drained
  • 1/3 red onion
  • 1 tbsp capers
  • 1/2 cup whole egg mayo
  • 1 tsp dijon mustard
  • 75 g walnuts
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Throw everything in the food processor and blitz till smooth. That’s it.
  • Serve with some crusty chargrilled bread.
