Ingredients

  • 4 large
  • 250 grams of lean mince beef
  • Parsley
  •  
  • For the Soup
  • 1 Large Carrot, chopped small
  • 1 Celery stick, chopped
  • 1 Large Potato, peeled and chopped small
  • 1 Zucchini, chopped small
  • Parsley Stalks, chopped fine
  • 1 tin tomato
  • Chicken stock, enough to cover all the vegetables well. Around a litre.
  • Vermicelli Pasta, broken into small pieces
