  • 100 gr softened unsalted butter
  • 200 gr sugar
  • 300 grams plain flour
  • half teaspoon baking powder
  • pinch salt
  • tablespoon iced water
  • 1. Using your butterfly attachment, mix the butter, sugar, eggs and vanilla in your TMX bowl on Speed 3 for 1 minute Scrape down the sides of the TMX bowl halfway.
  • 4. Add the tablespoon of iced water and then mix again on dough function until it comes away from the sides.
  • 5. Place biscuit dough onto a piece of plastic cling wrap and using the wrap (this saves your hands getting doughy), form into a ball.
  • 6. Place the dough into the fridge for about 1
  • 7. On a lightly floured surface, roll out your chilled dough to about 0.5 cm thickness. Cut out the shapes of your choice and place onto your prepared trays. (I always add a little mound of extra flour in the corner of my mat which allows me to flour the cutter quickly between each biscuit so that it doesn
