Some other items you could add to your mix are shredded coconut, diced apricots (done in Thermomix), prunes, dates, chia seeds, cacao, walnuts, macadamias, cashews - pretty much any combination you see at the shops

While the chia seeds are "resting", measure all other ingredients into the thermomix bowl. As you can probably tell I love my Thermomix and preparing everything from scratch
