In this version I’ve used corn, celery and carrots for the veggie content, however you can use whatever veggies you have in your fridge and freezer, personally we love zucchini and sweet potato

Well with winter rapidly sneaking up on us and cold early mornings for weekend sports my plan is to have a soup ready to warm us up as soon as we get home
If you'd like to make this gluten free, you can use my easy gluten free rough puff pastry recipe, and instead of making the sauce with butter and flour, just mix a few tbsp of GF cornflour with some cold milk, and add to the heated milk and stock at the end, until thickened to your likening

These ThermomixChicken Tenders are a great alternative to store bought chicken nuggets (and much cheaper too) and both of my boys LOVE sitting down to a plate of these ‘Huge Nuggets’
Add chicken stock. I decided to simplify my job even more by doing all my chopping in the Thermomix. Continuing my adventures of the ginormous zucchini, I used the remained of the zucchini after the zucchini bread to make zucchini soup for dinner
