I’m going to try this recipe by Feeding Two Growing Boys (which is also on my FreezerMeals list) using fresh fish and serve it with some oven baked carrot, potato, sweet potato and zucchini chips
I’ll make these tortilla’s earlier in the day and grab some pre-cooked Chilli Con Carne (EDC) from the freezer for quick beef tortilla’s with salad and cheese
Chicken & Cashews with Coconut Satay - I made this dish by Quirky Cooking back in November and it was delicious so it’s definitely time to whip it up once again

This is going to be the first dish that hubby has cooked in the Thermomix. The upside to that is it gives me the opportunity to cook some otherwise Winter-style meals in the middle of Summer

If you're cooking gluten free, use tamari soy sauce, and gluten free miso, e. You will need one good, non-stick pan for this in addition to the thermomix, to toast the sesame seeds in (not possible for this quantity in the TM - I tried on several speeds, they don't move once the oils start coming out

I like to bake them all up, let them cool, wrap them individually and pop in the freezer so they can be taken out the morning you want to put them in a lunchbox
