Ingredients

  • 160 g rhubarb, roughly chopped
  • 150 g milk
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 50 g butter
  • 280 g plain flour
  • 100 g brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 200 C and line a
  • rhubarb
  • 3 seconds Set aside
  • 2 minutes Add the banana, eggs
  • 5 seconds Add the flour, sugar, salt, baking powder
  • 4 seconds Add the rhubarb and combine Speed
  • 7 Seconds Scoop into the patty case so that they are
  • 3/4 full Bake in the oven for
  • 22 minutes or until they are firm Cool on a cooling rack but really yummy if you eat them when they are still warm Can be frozen
  • 1 C rhubarb
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 ripe banana

  • 1/4 C melted butter
  • 2 C plain flour
  • 1/2 C brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
