Ingredients

  • 2 adults and a few small people, increase where needed to suit your family)
  • 3 white fish fillets
  • 40 g mirin
  • 15 g chinese cooking wine
  • 45 g light soy sauce
  • 5 g sesame oil
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 spring onion
  • 400 g or more of udon noodles
  • 4 ingredients with a spoon in a small bowl while the main dish is steaming, you know...the old fashioned way
