Ingredients

  • 1 pie crust)
  • 200 g pack of plain corn chips
  • 1/2 cup grated cheese
  • 1/4 cup savoury yeast flakes (optional – you could omit and add more cheese)
  • 2 T olive oil
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 400 g beef mince
  • Sour Cream
  • 200 degrees Grease a pie dish (mine was around 19cm, though the mix would allow for a bigger dish to be used)
  • 5 a month memberships also available
