Ingredients

  • 3 medium sweet potato
  • 6 cups
  • olive oil
  • 1 onion
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 1 tablespoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
