  • 125 g of grainy Dijon mustard (1/2 cup)
  • 60 ml of Maple syrup (1/4 cup)
  • 2 TBS soft light brown sugar
  • 2 TBS apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp each, thyme leaves, crumbled sage leaves, parsley flakes, rosemary
  • salt and black pepper to taste
