Ingredients

  • 50 g cashews
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 20 g ginger
  • 4 spring onions sliced
  • 500 g fresh corn
  • 500 g diced chicken thighs
  • 50 g chicken stock
  • 1 litre water
  • 10 seconds SET ASIDE
  • 3 seconds Scrape down the sides
  • 10 g oil
  • 5 minutes at
  • 100 deg on Reverse Speed
  • 30 minutes at
  • 100 degs Reverse Soft Speed
