Ingredients

  • 500 g filtered water
  • tbsp
  • 80 g red
  • 80 g white
  • 170 g broccolini
  • 100 g frozen baby peas
  • 100 g baby spinach leaves
  • 100 g rocket leaves
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 150 g fetta cheese
  • 80 g pepitas
  • 60 g raw pistachio nuts
  • 1 lemon
  • 50 g extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1. Add 500g of filtered water to the TM bowl with the stock paste.
  • 2. Add the trimmed broccolini and frozen peas to the Varoma tray and steam for 5
  • 3. To make the pesto
  • 4. Add the steamed greens to the quinoa, then add the baby spinach
