  • 30 medium sized protein balls
  • 110 g almond butter
  • 40 g protein powder
  • vanilla
  • 60 g desiccated coconut (plus extra to roll them in)
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla powder
  • 15 g cacao powder
  • 30 g rice malt syrup
  • 30 g filtered water (or coconut oil if you prefer, but use a little less!)
