  • 1 cup (250ml) chilled carbonated lemonade
  • 1 cup pouring cream
  • 150 g strawberries, cut into 5mm pieces
  • 1 tbsp icing (confectioners') sugar
  • 1 cup (320g) strawberry jam
  • 3/4 cup (180ml) thick (double) cream
