Ingredients

  • What you need
  • (modified to suit my family liking)
  • 240 g eggs (I use 5 medium eggs)
  • 250 g sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 120 g canola oil
  • 2 tsp pandan juice
  • 1 tiny drop of pandan paste
  • 200 g coconut milk (I used 100ml Kara + 100ml water)
  • 400 g flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 4 tsp double action baking powder
