  • 200 ml milk
  • 100 g frozen spinach, thawed
  • 1 2/3 cup plain flour
  • 1 tspn baking powder
  • 1 tspn bicarbonate of soda
  • 2/3 cup finely grated parmesan cheese (a little more wouldn't hurt)
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 to 1/3 cup semi dried tomatoes, chopped
  • Bunch of fresh basil and parsley, chopped
  • 2 tspn pesto
  • 120 g soft goat's cheese
