Ingredients

  • 500 g or roughly
  • 1 pound Preparation and cooking
  • 30 minutes Baking
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 2 red peppers, diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 75 ml (5 Tbsp) cold water
  • 1 Tbsp cider vinegar
  • 150 g (1 1/4 cups) vital wheat gluten
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp chilli powder (I used chipotle for added smokiness)
  • 1 tsp sweet paprika
  • 1 tsp fine salt
  • 1 tsp dried oregano, crushed
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp ground coriander seeds
