Then last month while reading one of my favourite blogs (Fat Mum Slim) I came across this recipe for White Chocolate Mud Cake with Violet Crumble and I immediately knew I had to make it

When you are ready to serve the cake, sprinkle with Peppermint Crisp chocolate bars (or any crumbly peppermint chocolate bars) and then slice the cake diagonally so that you get a lovely biscuit/cream pattern happening
