Ingredients

  • 100 g onion
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1/2 cup parsley leaves
  • 1 tbs olive oil
  • 200 g tomatoes
  • 150 g carrots
  • 2 small
  • / 1 large leek
  • 1 tbs tomato paste
  • 300 ml vegetable stock
  • 500 ml fish stock
  • 200 ml white wine
  • 1 tsp salt
  • pepper to taste
  • 350 g firm fleshed fish, diced or seafood or a mix of both
