And the middle tier will be carrot cakewith orange creamcheesefrosting. Top with the other half and then cover the cake in remaining frosting, smoothing with a pallet knife or spatula as you go
Put the sunflower oil, eggs and sugar into the bowl of a freestanding mixer and whisk until creamy. Spread half the mixture over one of the cakesand then top with the other cakes
