Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 cup rice flour
  • 1/4 cup sesame seeds
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tbs olive oil
  • 1/4-1/2 cup water
  • Beetroot powder (optional)
  • 2// Add in the flour of your choice plus sesame seeds, baking powder, salt, oil olive (beetroot) and stir to combine
