Ingredients

  • SATAY CHICKEN PIZZA WITH RAITA AND ROCKET
  • ½ cup satay sauce
  • ½ cup garlic cream cheese
  • 4 x 112g packaged pizza bases (yes – I’m pregnant and lazy)
  • 4 chicken thighs
  • 200 g of provolone cheese, grated
  • 4 shallots
  • 50 g of rocket leaves
  • 1 lebanese cucumber, chopped finely
  • 1 small brown onion, chopped finely
  • ½ cup of yoghurt
  • 2 tablespoons of mint, shredded
  • 1 long green chili, shredded
