Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • ¾ cup desiccated coconut
  • 1 cup wholemeal plain flour
  • ½ cup honey
  • ½ cup rice bran oil
  • 1 ½ tsp bicarb soda
  • 2 tbs boiling water
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate bits
  • 150 degrees Mix oats, coconut and flour in a bowl. Dissolve
