  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 4 eggs, room temperature
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla

  • 1 (250g) block cream cheese, softened
  • 300 ml cream
  • 3/4 cup icing sugar
  • 3 tblsp Frangelico liqueur
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla

  • For the chocolate sauce
  • 1 tblsp butter
  • 2 tblsp espresso coffee
  • 70 g dark chocolate melts
