Ingredients

  • 100 g almonds
  • 100 g rapadura sugar (sometimes I use a little less
  • 1 handful shredded
  • 150 g gluten free plain flour
  • 100 g butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 250 g block cream cheese
  • 100-150 g organic yogurt
  • 2 eggs
  • 3/4 tin condensed milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 handfuls frozen organic raspberries
  • Add remaining ingredients and combine on speed
  • seconds Return to the freezer until set
