I got some ideas from different recipes, and after some tweaking I came up with this bread, which is made from ground up chia seeds, buckwheatandquinoa, along with tapioca or arrowroot starch and xanthum gum

With the white and brown rice, quinoaand chickpeas, nuts and eggs as the remaining ingredients this loaf oozes decadence, but is actually healthy and natural
Next, add the coconut flour, baking powder and bicarbonate of soda,. If you want to freeze it in portions, then cool and chill it first for a couple of hours, to firm it up before cutting into portions
