Ingredients

  • 30 g fresh coriander
  • 2 tsp medium curry powder
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 400 g tinned chopped tomatoes
  • 1 can
  • 20 g ground almonds
  • 100 g orange
  • juice of half a lemon
  • 1 tbsp
  • 10 g toast
  • 3. Place the griddle pan on a medium
  • 5. Add the lemon juice, stir and remove from the heat.
