  • 90 mls water
  • 1 tsp pandan paste or 1 tbsp concentrated pandan juice
  • 50 mls thick coconut milk
  • Ingredients
  • 3 large coconuts
  • 1 kg sugar
  • 1 tin evaporated milk ( 390mls)
  • 220 mls condensed milk
  • 2.5 tbsp butter
  • 1.5 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 egg white - lightly beaten
  • few drop of colouring
