Anyway, I ended up making a Thermomix Ricotta & RaspberryCake – and you might have seen it in the Thermomix Australia newsletter or being featured on the Recipe Community
)… and this Raspberry & RicottaCake pretty much kicks butt when it comes to cakes. The ricotta gives this cake such a gorgeous flavour and the raspberries just make it oh-so pretty (and yummy)

I tweaked my Pandan Chiffon Cake recipe to bake this Peach Yogurt Chiffon Cake. I did not add another tub of yogurt at that point because it was in the fridge and adding a cold ingredient would not do
This is not a traditional cake so it doesn't take long to prepare and cook. Very quick and easy to prepare, it can be made on a weekday morning without any worries
Add the raspberry chocolate powder and mix well. Anyway, while it was great fun baking it, I can’t say it was the most awesome cake ever… and so it got made into some seriously delicious cake pops

This cake is one of my favorite cake recipes which I tweaked a little to incorporate the fruit and nuts and the result was a delicious cake with perfect crumbs and a lovely moist and soft texture
In Singapore, it is usually pan fried, and served with sweet dark soya sauce and chilli sambal. Very frankly speaking, then I have never know how to appreciate this rice cake
Then it’s just a matter of pouring the cake batter into the tin and arranging the peaches on top. The beautiful flavours from the yoghurt and peaches are more than enough
