  • 5 egg yolks
  • 150 g self raising flour
  • ½ tsp pan
  • ¼ tsp pandan essence
  • 20 cm cake
  • 400 g strawberries
  • 400 ml liquid cream
  • 7 sheets of gelatine
  • 150 ml water
  • 100 g sugar
  • ½ tsp
  • of pandan essence
  • 350 ml liquid cream
  • 100 g icing sugar
  • 2 drops of red food colouring
